If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return the complete, unused item along with a copy of your invoice, a brief explanation and return address with daytime telephone number to: Performance Manufacturing Corporation, 80 Telegraph Rd. Middleport, NY 14105. All returns made within 30 days of invoice date will have no restocking charge applied. Returns made between 31 and 60 days of invoice date will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 60 days. Please prepay all shipping charges. No returns sent COD will be accepted. We will credit your credit card, refund your money, or make the exchange as soon as we receive your return.
A $10.00 service charge will be added to all accounts when a shipment is refused. All refused shipment charges must be paid in full before any future orders can be shipped.
Prices are subject to change without notice and are F.O.B. shipping point (Middleport, NY). Shipping charges are added to quoted prices and appear on your invoice.
All parts are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of retail purchase. After inspection, parts returned prepaid to the manufacturer with the original invoice, required as proof of purchase and date, will be repaired or replaced at our option and returned by UPS ground prepaid. If you need the parts returned by air service we ask that you pay the difference. Parts returned without the original invoice or proof of purchase will be repaired at nominal cost and returned COD. This warranty does not include incidental labor, damage to other parts, or personal injury.
No warranty of fitness for a particular application is made due to the nature of Go-Kart racing. Warranty does NOT include damage due to misuse, neglect, abuse or modification.
All parts manufactured and sold by Performance Manufacturing Corporation are intended for Go-kart racing application only. Racing is a dangerous sport. Performance Manufacturing Inc. accepts no liability for any loss, injury or death that may occur directly or indirectly from any products we manufacture or sell. The final decision regarding the safety and use of any product is the sole responsibility of the user.
